Wine Tours - Wineries Sparkle In South Dakota

Sometimes wine sneaks up on you. But this story isn’t what you might be thinking. If you love to travel like we do, you’ve learned to keep an open mind and experience what your destination offers. In the case of South Dakota, I’ll readily admit we weren’t seeking a wine travel experience. But it’s funny how things work out sometimes. We weren’t looking for South Dakota wine, but South Dakota wine found us. And we’re glad it did!

Our plans called for a drive across South Dakota on Interstate 90 to visit the famed Black Hills and Mt. Rushmore area, just outside of Rapid City. Interstate 90 is the main thoroughfare here, stretching the entire 400 mile length of the state.

When To Wear Your Olympic Medal

You spend half of your life getting banged around from pillar to post but you won an Olympic Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal.

For every second of your event you spent months or years of having sore muscles and injury pain.

You risked your life flying through the air in an unnatural way.

You froze your butt off on the ice or snow-covered slopes.

You ran a zillion miles and jumped and shot and curled and danced and did what you had to do to win.

The Enigma Of Psychic Surgery In The Philippines Part 2 - Jun Labo

The enigma of Jun Labo.

Together with my colleague Patrick Hamouy (of Alternative Therapies) , we met with Jun and were his guest recently at his residence in the mountain regions of northern Luzon, its location and altitude in the Cordiella mountain range keep it cool and pleasant during the hot and extremely humid summer months. His house is somewhat of an Oriental palace, with pagodas, roof gardens, terraces within terraces, large statues of lions, eagles, frogs, gnomes, and with an eclectic mixture of painted murals and bas-reliefs of ancient Chinese symbols, and warriors in combat. The gardens are filled with beautiful blossoms, and exotic tropical trees, and of course the local mountain pines. Jun has also dedicated a ’shrine’ to his first car (a VW Beetle) in the grounds.

One of the most famed pieces of the hundreds of works hanging on the walls of the Queen Sofia is Picasso’s Guernica. That joined with the other works have ranked this museum’s modern art collection as one of the most important not just in Spain, but in all off Europe.

Do Your Credit Cards Provide You Enough Insurance Coverage When You Travel?

Confusion and misconceptions have been brought about by the travel insurance provided by some credit card companies. Other people rely on travel insurance offered by their credit cards, not knowing that their coverage is only limited to travel accidents that may happen aboard a plane, on a train or a rented car that they have availed using their credit cards. In short, the coverage is very limited and very conditional.

Travel Business Opportunity From Home (via Cobweb/3.1 Planetlab2.netlab.uky.edu)

Travel Business Opportunity from Home
By Cheryline Lawson

Starting any business opportunity requires research, information, contingency planning, marketing plan and finding out if this will be a good business for you. However, when it comes to a business at home, it may appear easy at first, but it does entail some of the same criteria mentioned. Not every business opportunity will succeed in a home environment.

Some businesses require stocking products and unless you have space in your home to do so, it can present problems for you. Also proper zoning has to be considered when it comes to selling products from your home. In the case of a travel business opportunity from home, there are no products to stock and this can be very lucrative since so many people are traveling.
