Realtors - Are You Tired Of Failed Real Estate Transactions?

Looking forward to a nice commission check after working for weeks to get buyer and seller into agreement is one of the pleasures of real estate. But when that transaction goes south, your spirits plummet along with your anticipated income.

Unexpected problems do arise - in fact we’ve identified over 80 different reasons why a transaction can fail - but one of the major reasons is preventable.

Your Listing Just Expired - Want To Know Why?

After months on the market your listing just expired? You are probably upset with your Realtor, frustrated with the market, and trying to figure out what to do next.

Homes For Sale By Owner

For Sale By Owner is sometimes abbreviated or referred to as FSBO. It is a real estate term which describes the situation in which a property is offered for sale directly by its owner and without that owner having solicited or hired the help of a real estate broker. The desired result is that no real estate commission is associated with the sale allowing greater margin for the seller. In recent years, the term has been used more broadly to describe the process of marketing, buying, and selling of real property without the representation of a real estate broker. Property Sales Direct is a FSBO site which allows listings for the Sydney Metropolitan area in Australia.

Yes, A New Agent Can Build A Successful Real Estate Career

Discouragement can come quickly to new agents. Often the “help” they expected to find in their new place of employment doesn’t really exist and they’re left wondering how in the world they’ll ever build a business.

What’s the first thing to do? Unfortunately, the first step takes a little time, but is well worth the effort. Consider it an extension of the education you paid for - one that you will pay for with your own time instead of your own dollars. That step is to become an expert in a niche. Choose a neighborhood or a type of buyer or seller and learn everything you can learn.

Why Bother?

Given the warning above one might well ask why bother? Well, if you need to live in England you don’t have much choice.
