Leadership especially what makes extraordinary leadership continues to be a hot topic because leadership is one of the primary factors in the success of any organization. In fact, leadership development has become the number one request when seeking executive coaching or corporate coaching.
Yet, the leadership trap continues in many published works, seminars and traditional training programs that leaders are born not made. To believe this ridiculous statement only shows that people who make this statement fail to understand human potential.
Let’s set the record straight. Leaders are made and not born. Period, end of subject. Our country has provided and continues to provide incredible opportunities for individuals to be made into extraordinary leaders.
