The following memory tips are for all ages. Although memory loss often comes with old age, that does not mean it is a necessary result of aging. In fact, there are often specific causes, and a declining ability to remember things can be reversed in many cases. Here are some quick tips to get you started.

1. Avoid cigarettes. Smoking is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Even before there is a diagnosis, there may be reduced blood flow, and therefore reduced oxygen to the brain. That decreases brain function in general, and memory in particular.

Either you can watch a leader and learn from him. The other way is to learn the skills is from a leadership coach. Last but not least, is to learn these invaluable skills from a book or a journal.

Ecclesiastes is written by King Solomon - a man who had wisdom - wealth - fame - and knowledge. He became king at 18, and was the third king of Israel - Saul - David - then Solomon.

Oh! I have to go through an interview tomorrow. Next you start pacing up and down and start to feel hollow within. If this is your reaction when you get an interview letter then you have interview nerves. Interview nerves symbolize that you lack in the confidence. You have got great ideas and thoughts in mind; however they are not expressible when needed.

People having interview nerves view an interview as some weird thing, where in they will have to answer questions of an unknown person. Interviews are equally beneficial for both. There are many such fellows and I can tell you that each one would have given many interviews but failed. All this is only due to there low confidence level, having no belief and showing a nervous attitude.
